TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this training course, financial theory will be used to resolve a number of useful corporate financing problems in the areas of capital structure, gross policy, corporate and business valuation, securities valuation, risikomanagement, mergers and acquisitions, first public offerings, and other applied financial issues. Practical approaches to real world economical challenges will be explored. STUDY COURSE OVERVIEW
College students focus on the financial ideas, issues, strategies, and market practices highly relevant to public companies. Students will learn how to evaluate the financial position of a corporation through examination of accounting statements, tips on how to analyse auto financing and expense problems applying discounted earnings framework, how to evaluate the impact of different financing and investment decisions on the shareholders' wealth, the right way to assess overall flexibility in expenditure, and how to form dividend insurance plan using current finance theory and practice. Students will need to solve several finance instances where they will conceptualize intricate corporate financing issues into coherent crafted statements. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
After completion of the course, pupils will be able to analyse corporate funding and expense problems to be able to develop alternatives appropriate for the conditions from the situations, develop guiding administration principles to get corporate economical management based on forecasted economical statements and an evaluation of several financing and purchase scenarios, apply finance hypotheses and ways to analyze investment and auto financing problems to be able to determine suitable financial management strategies and solutions, apply necessary tools for examining financial assertions in order to make financially viable managing decisions, make use of finance theory to evaluate alternatives to postpone investment or perhaps options to postpone or re-focus creation, determine how big is the distributions to investors based on duty considerations, transaction costs, and available options for financing, and prepare written reports that summarize most findings, a conclusion, and advice bearing on the researched corporate finance concern.
